Here, luxury is the privilege of being on a deserted beach in Bahia—about 7 km of completely untouched sand—where days unfold at nature’s pace, complete with visits from fishermen at the private pier, selling their fresh catch.
Immersed in this setting, the project spans a 50,000 m² plot, built with reforested wood and designed to preserve the soil and native vegetation. It’s no surprise that it received an honorable mention at the 2025 Paris Design Awards in the Green Architecture category.
The property consists of two houses, each with three suites, connected by a suspended deck and constantly caressed by a delightful breeze. Between the structures, a spacious social area fosters gatherings in complete privacy, featuring a game room, living room, and TV lounge, as well as a delightful covered veranda with a table for 24 people, a barbecue, hammocks, and a spa. A Jacuzzi, volleyball courts, and beach tennis courts complete the experience.
Finally, wooden decks and a lookout point invite you to contemplate the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the river—watching the moon rise over the sea under a starry sky is also a spectacular sight. A unique setting, designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
